By making a purchase you are agreeing to the following terms of use.

From now on:

Sekou: All the set of features that form the rig and the set of its files, textures, library, tools, and scripts.

ProMentors: represented and owned by Zakaria Bourezk.

1.- Non-commercial use. Sekou can be used only for non-commercial purposes. For example, in personal tests, demo reel, 11 second club contests and any other non-commercial use.

1.1.- It is allowed for educational use if you are an individual entrepreneur and you are not part of a company or school. For the use of Sekou in schools and companies, please contact in this form to make a license agreement.

2.- No sharing. Only the buyer is allowed to download Sekou. Please do not share or distribute the files to people who have not purchased Sekou.

3.- Sale and joint. License is for single user. The sale and joint purchase of Sekou is forbidden.

4.- Modifications. The modifications of Sekou to personalize it to the use case of each shot are allowed. But in no case you can claim to be the creator and owner of Sekou, or attach it to the modification for sale or free distribution.

Modifications created by the community will not be sold by ProMentors. They can be shared for free or sold by the original artist. Modifications are understood as new and complementary objects or scripts to Sekou. But in no case to Sekou itself.

5.- Offensive content. It is forbidden the use of Sekou for the creation of content that is racist, pornographic or offensive to a particular group. As well as content intended to generate hatred or motivated by a political agenda.

6.- This terms can be changed any time.

ProMentors is not responsible for the damages that can be caused through the misuse of Sekou.
